Harvested from the farm families of the USA, our fat steers, heifers and cattle roam the grassy pastures feeding only on the land. No grains, corns and certainly no hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, or chemical herbicides are used. Compared to conventionally raised beef, our boneless steaks and steak burgers are lower in calories, lower in saturated fats and higher in Omega-3s & 6s. That’s how nature intended it.
Our meats are wet aged for a minimum of 21 days, seasoned with organic garlic salt and course pepper and cooked to a perfect medium rare. We then flash freeze to lock in flavors and nutrients. They are delivered to you frozen. All you have to do is thaw them and simply sear and savor!

What is Sous-Vide?
Sous vide, French for ‘cooking under vacuum’, is a slow-cooked then frozen method used by fine restaurants and major hotel brands. We use this technique to tenderize and season the meat, boosting the flavor of our grass-fed beef. Once thawed, your steaks are ready to eat on a sandwich, in a sald or on a charcuterie board! Or, for a delicious meal, grill, broil or sear, and you’re ready to eat in just minutes!
