We Love Our Fat Steers + Heifers!
Harvested from the farm families of the USA, our fat steers, heifers and cattle roam the grassy pastures feeding only on the land. No grains, corns and certainly no hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, or chemical herbicides are used. Compared to conventionally raised beef, our boneless strip loin steaks are lower in calories, lower in saturated fats and higher in Omega-3s. That’s how nature intended it.
Our strips are wet aged for a minimum of 21 days, carefully cut to individually sized portions and prepared medium rare, so you can finish it your way. We then flash freeze to lock in flavors and nutrients and deliver directly to your door. Our delicious steaks are ready to simply sear and savor!
What is Sous-Vide?
Sous vide, French for ‘cooking under vacuum’, is a slow-cooked then frozen method used by fine restaurants and major hotel brands. This technique tenderizes and seasons the meat, boosting the flavor of grass-fed beef. Once thawed, your steaks can be ready to eat! Or grill, broil or sear, and you’re ready to eat in just minutes!
