From the Wisconsin Grass-Fed Beef Cooperative, our fat steers and heifers are raised on small family farms in the heartland of America. Our cattle roam the grassy pastures feeding only on the land. No grains, corns and certainly no hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, chemical herbicides or pesticides are used. Compared to conventionally raised beef, our boneless strip loin steaks are lower in calories, lower in saturated fats and higher in Omega-3s. That’s how nature intended it.
 
Our strips are wet aged for a minimum of 21 days, carefully cut to individually sized portions and prepared medium rare, so you can finish it your way. We then flash freeze to lock in flavors and nutrients and deliver directly to your door. Wisconsin’s best is ready to simply sear and savor!

Who is The Wisconsin Grass-Fed Cooperative?

Formed in 2008 by a group of Wisconsin cattle producers, the Wisconsin Grass-Fed Beef Cooperative is a network dedicated to naturally pasture raised, 100% grass fed beef. Today, the cooperative has grown to over 200 members. Wisconsin’s abundance of vibrant meadows and seasonal climate enable the farms to produce healthy, lean and flavorful meats – truly Wisconsin’s best!

WHAT IS SOUS-VIDE?
Sous vide, French for ‘cooking under vacuum’, is a slow-cooked then frozen method used by fine restaurants and major hotel brands. This technique tenderizes and seasons the meat, boosting the flavor of grass-fed beef. Once thawed, your steaks can be ready to eat! Or grill, broil or sear, and you’re ready to eat in just minutes!
