Harvested from the farm families of the USA, our fat steers, heifers and cattle are raised on sustainable, small family farms committed to the humane treatment of animals. No growth hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, chemicals or herbicides are used. Just good old fashioned rotational grazing. Our abundance of vibrant meadows and seasonal climate enable us to produce healthy, lean and flavorful meats.

After wet aging for 21 days, we oil, season and vacuum pack our steaks. Then we slow cook these steaks (sous vide) to a perfect medium rare throughout so all you have to do is finish them to your liking. They arrive at your door flash frozen, so it’s ready to thaw and then,

Deliveries are shipped to your door using  2nd Day Shipping (to anywhere in mainland United States) packaged in boxed insulated shipping cartons with ice that keeps the steaks cold while on their way to you, so you don't have anything to worry about.
