    Horse Radish Sauce

    HORSE RADISH SAUCE

    1 CUP SOUR CREAM

    ¼ CUP GRATED HORSE RADISH

    1 TBS DIJON MUSTARD

    1 TSP WHITE WINE VINEGAR

    ½ TSP KOSHER SALT

    ¼ TSP PEPPER

    4 TBS CHOPPED FRESH CHIVES

    2 TSP FRESS LEMON JUICE

     

    WHISK ALL INCREDIENTS AND REFRIGERATE 24 HOURS.
